As the weather warms it’s likely that many of us will be spending a lot more time outdoors, exposing more of ourselves to the natural elements. As much as Vitamin D can have positive results on our wellbeing, the sun can also have adverse effects on our skin. With sunscreen being an advised preventative measure, most would find that it’s not always practical to wear it every day. Other factors can also play an important role such as our diet, alcohol consumption, allergies, and our daily intake of water. When skin problems do occur though it is vital to take remedial action and ultimately seek a professional opinion.

With Summer fast approaching, many will be ditching their winter wardrobe in exchange for a tees, skirts, shorts and sandals. In the workplace though there will always be the need for a more formal style and etiquette. One way to embellish the regular dress code however, and to spruce up your after work drinks under the setting sun, is to surprise your colleagues with a brand new hair style!

Overpowering Sexism Through the Medium of Fashion Film

As well as being a societal issue, sexism is fundamentally a personal one that many people, especially women, are subjected to on a day to day basis in such areas as the workplace, social scenarios, throughout mass media and so on. It goes without saying, that if it’s not something we decide to openly address and discuss, unfortunately it is likely to continue to be an everyday norm.
